About Us


The Founder of Elements Training & Advisory Services, Priti Gulati, is an ex-banker with over 30 years of work experience. She has had vast exposure in Branch Banking, Treasury Management, Financial Services, and different facets of Fixed Income businesses including Debt Sales and Debt Origination with 2 organizations in the past - Punjab National Bank and DSP Merrill Lynch (as Vice President, Incharge of Debt Markets, Northern India). She is now effectively utilizing her knowledge and experience by providing a training, recruitment & employability platform for the banking and financial services industry and other corporates.

Her training repertoire extends from banking domain to business skills, to performance management and facilitating development centres, to facilitating workshops for family run businesses; is also attached as a facilitator to other Indian and global consulting firms. She additionally undertakes large scale bank recruitment assignments which include designing and proctoring of competitive exams (aptitude and banking) across India.

She is an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University, is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and has been AMFI Certified. She is additionally an accredited MBTI practitioner & Certified Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory adminstrator with ability to undertake assessments in personality strengths/ development areas for organisations as also to provide assistance to corporates in selection of people. She is aided by a team of experienced professionals from the industry.

Her new initiative, EXPERTIES, a Top Management Expert Network connecting the business world to experts for short-term engagements, interim management roles, advisory assignments, is a marque of Elements Training & Advisory Services.

Tests & Interviews

  • Created and administered Objective tests (Quantitative, English, Computers, Reasoning, Clerical Aptitude); Aptitude test to gauge selling skills; Banking domain objective test
  • Administered tests on / interviewed 3000+ candidates across the country. Selection success ratio approx. 50% (100% for certain sales profiles for which ETAS was the final selector


Lateral Placements

  • Mainly for BFSI. Mandates also executed for other industries such as Auto, Infrastructure, Legal etc.


Employability Training

  • Provided retail bank trained candidates for Pvt. Sector Bank (through a Certificate Course in Retail Banking developed in-house). Employability training for equity sales roles underway


Content Work

  • Developed the Retail Banking content and other BFSI content
  • Issuance of monthly newsletter - ETAS Banking Minute - a one minute glance on general banking developments being sent to all training participants & recruits since 2010



  • Trained close to 1000 candidates over the past few years for private sector, public sector, foreign banks and NBFCs
  • Maximum trainings conducted have been for Soft skills for banking industry. Often a blend of soft skills plus technical for BFSI
